Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and Roman Ryazanov (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Swipe Shot AI, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the service.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and explains how we handle your data.

You must be at least 18 years old. By using Swipe Shot AI you confirm that you are, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The service is for your own personal use. You may not resell access, share your account, or use it on behalf of someone else without our written agreement.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@swipeshot.ai if you think someone else has access to it.

The details you give us must be accurate. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

Swipe Shot AI is sold as a monthly subscription. Your chosen plan renews automatically each month until you cancel, and the card you used is charged on each renewal date.

Payment is handled by Paddle, who act as merchant of record and are the legal seller for your purchase. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own buyer terms. Charges appear on your statement as Paddle, not as Swipe Shot AI.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — there's no partial-month refund, and you keep access until then.

Price changes. We may change our prices. If we do, we'll tell you before the change affects you, and you can cancel if you don't want to continue at the new price.

Failed payments. If a renewal fails, we may retry it and may suspend your access until payment succeeds.

Generating a photo costs credits. Standard quality costs 1 credit and Pro quality costs 2. Your plan grants a set number of credits each month, and you can buy additional one-off credit packs at any time while subscribed.

• Credits never expire. Unused credits roll over indefinitely, and you keep any remaining balance if you cancel.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred to another account.
• A credit is spent when a generation is submitted. If a generation fails outright, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
• If you delete your account, any remaining credits are lost and can't be restored.

Because generated photos are delivered immediately and consume credits, we don't generally offer refunds once credits have been spent.

• Failed generations are always refunded. If a generation fails, the credit returns to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask.
• A photo you don't like isn't a failure. AI output is variable by nature. If a generation completes but isn't what you hoped for, that credit is spent. Trying a different moment within the scene, or running it at Pro quality, usually helps.
• Paddle's buyer terms still apply, and where consumer law in your country gives you a refund or cancellation right beyond this policy, that law takes precedence over anything here.

If something has gone wrong with your purchase, email support@swipeshot.ai and we'll look at it.

You keep ownership of the selfies and reference images you upload. We don't claim any rights over them.

You give us permission to store and process those images for one purpose only: running the service for you — generating your photos, and keeping them available in your gallery. That permission ends when you delete the images or your account.

By uploading, you confirm that:

• The photos are of you, and you have the right to upload them.
• You are not uploading photos of anyone else, including friends, partners, public figures, or children.
• The photos don't infringe anyone's rights and aren't unlawful.

The photos you generate are yours to use, including on dating profiles, social media, professional profiles, and for commercial purposes.

Two things worth understanding about AI-generated images. First, output is not guaranteed to be accurate — a generated photo may differ from your real appearance in ways large or small, and we don't promise any particular level of likeness or quality. Second, similar prompts can produce similar images for different users, so we can't promise your output is unique to you.

Generated images may carry metadata indicating they were produced with AI. Some platforms require AI-generated content to be labelled as such, and complying with those rules is your responsibility.

You must not use Swipe Shot AI to:

• Upload or generate images of anyone other than yourself.
• Impersonate another person, or create images intended to deceive others about who someone is or what they did.
• Create sexual, explicit, or nude content, or anything involving minors.
• Create content that is harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that promotes violence or illegal activity.
• Break the law, infringe someone's rights, or violate the rules of any platform you post the results to.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the models or prompts behind the service.
• Resell generated images as a service to third parties, or use the service to build a competing product.
• Circumvent credit limits, share accounts, or interfere with the operation of the service.

We may review uploads and generated content for compliance, and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

The service itself — the site, the software, the scene library, the prompts, the branding — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms don't give you any rights over it beyond using the service as intended.

We aim to keep Swipe Shot AI running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party providers, and maintenance, outages, or provider changes may interrupt it.

We may add, change, or remove features, scenes, and tools over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what your subscription provides, we'll tell you, and you can cancel.

You can end it at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we're required to by law, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll warn you first.

If we terminate your account for a breach of these terms, unused credits are forfeited and no refund is due. If we stop offering the service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund any period you've paid for but not received.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't make warranties about the service being error-free, or about generated photos meeting your expectations, resembling you to any particular degree, or achieving any outcome — including any result on a dating platform or elsewhere.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes will be handled by the courts there. If you're a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own country.

Changes to these terms. We may update them. If a change is material, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
