Do the photos actually look like me?
Yes — that's the whole point. The model reads your selfies and builds a description of your actual features, then renders you into each scene rather than pasting your face onto someone else. It's the difference between a photo of you and a photo of someone who resembles you.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
Standard costs 1 credit and is the default — it's what most photos are generated at. Pro costs 2 credits and pushes more detail into skin, hair, and fabric. Standard is fine for most scenes.
How many selfies do I need?
Four. One front-on, one turned each way, and one full-body. You upload them once and they're reused for every photo after that.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Nothing — you keep them. Credits never expire, whether you're subscribed or not. Cancel and any unused balance stays on your account, ready to use whenever you come back.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract and no cancellation fee — cancel and you keep access until the period you've already paid for runs out.
What if a photo doesn't come out well?
If a generation fails, the credit returns to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask. If it completes but isn't what you hoped for, that credit is spent: AI output is variable, and a photo you don't love isn't a failure. Trying a different moment in the scene, or running it at Pro, usually fixes it. If something's genuinely gone wrong with a purchase, email us.
